Meanwhile, the news had broken out of TRC’s sponsorship deal with Leeds Lightning, an aspiring ice hockey team with accomplished former hockey players.

The lads also played on Elland Road at Planet Ice Leeds. The team managed a smashing start to the season, winning a major national tournament. Half the club travelled down to Bracknell to take on and challenge ten teams in a day-long tournament three on three games lasting fifteen minutes, and the tournament was a significant success for the team and all its sponsors, including TRC Group.
