What’s more, you can even access the app from a desktop

Our recruitment app was designed to make life easier for both our clients and candidates and boasts an entire host of features including:

  • Signing contracts, uploading documents and viewing in depth role details on the move.
  • Receive push notifications for all new roles that match your experience, location and expectations.
  • Update your availability.
  • Direct communication with TRC through the ‘Lets Chat’ function.
  • Personalised CV’s with our ‘CV Builder’ function.
  • Access and sign your time sheets.
  • Request holidays.
  • Direct access to The Recruitment Crowds social media accounts.

How does the app help clients?

As a result of the global pandemic, TRC Group found it necessary to evolve in line with the current circumstances and our new recruitment app allows us to do so.

  • Allows us to register and make candidates fully compliant quickly and smoothly.
  • Allows us to communicate with candidates to notify them quickly of new opportunities and extra shifts.

Our recruitment app allows us to completely automate the application and onboarding process ensuring that the correct contracts are signed, the correct documents are gathered, and our clients are guaranteed fully complaint workers on site, exactly when they are needed.

FAQ’s

I’ve registered on the app; however, my consultant is telling me that I am not showing up on their end.

If this situation arises, you should go back on to the app and click ‘Settings’ in the bottom right corner. Click ‘Tell Us About Yourself’ and fill in the details. Once you have done this, please inform your consultant. Please note, after filling this out, it may take 15 minutes or so for you to show on your consultant’s end.

Can I still request holidays even if I haven’t registered on the app?

The answer to this question is yes. If you used our old system to register with TRC, you are still able to request your holidays through the app, even if you haven’t registered on the app.

Are all of your available jobs on the app?

The majority of our jobs should be available to view on our app. However, if you can’t see what you are looking for, you can either check our website or give us a call on 0113 457 3760, our dedicated consultants are still on hand to discuss opportunities, offer advice and continue with the personal touch that The Recruitment Crowd are renowned for.

Can I still access the app without a smartphone?

You absolutely can. Our app has been designed to allow users to access it from a desktop. All you have to do is have a laptop/computer and follow this link to access our recruitment app – https://trc.mobilerocket.co.uk/
